Our programmes are designed for senior leaders including C-suite executives, managing directors, vice presidents, board members and high-potential leaders being groomed for executive roles. We work with individuals who are either self-funding their development or sponsored by their organisations. While the majority of our participants hold roles at director level or above, we also welcome senior managers who have been identified as future executives and are preparing for that transition. If you are unsure whether a programme is the right fit for your level, we are happy to discuss your situation during a complimentary consultation call.
Programme length varies depending on the format and objectives. Our boardroom communication workshop runs for two days, the strategic leadership intensive is a five-day immersive experience, and our residential leadership retreat spans three days. One-to-one executive coaching engagements typically last between three and six months, with sessions held fortnightly. Bespoke corporate programmes are designed to the timeline that best suits the client organisation — some run as a concentrated week-long intervention, while others are structured as a series of monthly modules over six to twelve months. We always recommend the duration that will produce the most sustainable results, not the longest engagement.
Yes. While we believe in-person interaction creates the deepest impact — particularly for experiential exercises and relationship-building — we offer hybrid and fully virtual delivery options for all our programmes except the residential leadership retreat. Our virtual sessions use a combination of live facilitation, breakout rooms, digital collaboration tools and asynchronous reflection exercises to maintain high levels of engagement. Many of our corporate clients opt for a hybrid model where the opening and closing sessions are held face-to-face, with intervening modules delivered online to reduce travel time and cost.
Our coaching methodology draws on several evidence-based frameworks including solutions-focused coaching, cognitive behavioural coaching and adult development theory. We do not subscribe to a single rigid model; instead, each coach selects and integrates the approaches that best serve the individual client. All of our coaches are accredited by the International Coaching Federation at Professional Certified Coach level or above, and they participate in ongoing supervision and continuing professional development. During the initial chemistry session, your coach will explain their approach and ensure it aligns with your learning style and goals.
Pricing depends on the programme format, duration and degree of customisation. Our open-enrolment workshops start from £2,950 per participant, while one-to-one coaching engagements typically range from £6,500 to £15,000 depending on the length and frequency of sessions. Bespoke corporate programmes are quoted on a project basis following a scoping conversation. We are transparent about our fees and will provide a detailed proposal before any commitment is made. We also offer a limited number of subsidised places each year for leaders from the charity and social enterprise sectors — please ask us about eligibility.
The specific outcomes depend on your starting point and goals, but common results reported by our alumni include: greater clarity in strategic decision-making, improved ability to influence stakeholders, stronger team performance, increased confidence in high-pressure situations and more effective management of organisational change. We use a structured evaluation framework that measures shifts in self-assessed leadership behaviours, 360-degree feedback scores and, where possible, business performance metrics. In our most recent annual impact survey, 91 per cent of participants reported a significant improvement in at least three leadership competencies within six months of completing their programme.
Our open-enrolment workshops and coaching sessions are primarily held at our training centre in Schulist-upon-Lynch, England, and at partner venues in central London. The residential leadership retreat takes place at a carefully selected countryside estate that provides a reflective, distraction-free environment. For bespoke corporate programmes, we can deliver at your offices, at a venue of your choice or at one of our partner locations. We have delivered programmes across the United Kingdom, as well as in Ireland, the Netherlands, the UAE and Singapore.
We recommend starting with a complimentary thirty-minute consultation call with one of our programme advisers. During this conversation, we will explore your current role, the challenges you are facing, your development goals and your preferred learning style. Based on this, we will recommend the programme or combination of programmes that best fits your needs. There is no obligation, and we will always be honest if we believe another provider would be a better match — our reputation depends on placing people in the right learning experience, not on filling seats.
Absolutely. We believe that the real work of leadership development happens after the formal programme concludes. All participants receive access to our alumni network, which includes quarterly virtual roundtables, an online resource library and invitations to exclusive speaker events. Coaching clients receive a structured transition plan for the three months following their final session, including two check-in calls to review progress against goals. We also offer follow-up coaching packages and refresher workshops for alumni who want to deepen their development in specific areas.
Yes, and we encourage it. Organisations that invest in developing a cohort of leaders simultaneously see compounding benefits — shared language, aligned leadership practices and stronger peer accountability. We offer preferential rates for organisations enrolling three or more participants in open programmes, and our bespoke corporate programmes are specifically designed for team-based development. We will work with your HR or learning and development team to ensure the programme integrates with your broader talent strategy and succession planning.
